JANE LUMP
Innovator, Facilitator, Communicator, Growth Coach
Jane Lump is a professional facilitator, communicator, and change agent with over 25 years of experience helping clients clarify their purpose, form winning teams, and connect with those who will help them succeed. In the course of her career, Jane has facilitated board alignment sessions, conducted research to determine the needs of various stakeholders, and developed strategic plans for both operational excellence and community engagement. Today, her primary focus is the nonprofit sector, where she facilitates Board planning and development, strategic communication and engagement strategies, and capital campaigns.
Jane’s experience includes extensive research in innovation, breakthrough thinking, and creative problem solving, areas that form the foundation of her consulting approach. She holds a B.S. in Education from Ball State University and an M.A. from Purdue University, where she completed all but her dissertation for a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition. She has advanced training in the Synectics® and Grove® methods of facilitation and creative problem-solving and in the Michael Gelb method of Mind-mapping as tools to generate, record and align group thinking.
JAMIE HENRY
Senior Graphic Designer
Jamie Henry has over nine years of experience creating award-winning design both inside and outside organizations, working on a wide range of design challenges. She has created everything from the attractive and user-friendly design and layout of B2B catalogs to attention grabbing and effective web interfaces.


JANE LEO
Senior Writer/Proofreader
Jane Leo is a freelance writer and proofreader with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and over 20 years of experience working with a variety of kinds of writing. While she began her career in corporate communications writing about benefits and human resource topics, Jane has more recently been working in a freelance capacity, both on a volunteer basis for a non-profit organization and for clients such as Nebraska Furniture Mart and the Society of Actuaries.
